「We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3」

「We had room only so no breakfast in the hotel but there were nearby places which were good. Room was comfortable and enough space for opening cases (a pet hate if I can't). Bathroom was OK - shower in bath. Location was excellent. Carpark is across the road from the back of the hotel - seemed safe and enough spaces for clientelle. 」
