“Stay at the 1842 Inn if you want the vibe of an old southern mansion. It is clean, the rooms are furnished with antiques, yes some plaster is peeling, but the bed is comfortable. The staff is super friendly. The breakfast in the courtyard was enjoyable. I recommend for those that are not too fussy though, since the vibe is definitely OLD southern home.”

“This B&B was amazing! One of the most beautiful and welcoming places I have ever stayed. Paul, the host, made us feel like family from the moment we walked in. The breakfast was divine. The most comfortable bed I ever slept in. And they served a really nice bourbon from a crystal decanter in the evening?!??!! We will be back for sure!”

“This is now our go to place when traveling through GA from FL. A lovely stay in a delightful historic home. The host is wonderful and check in is super easy. Beautiful neighborhood, easy parking, and there’s even a free little library out front. Highly recommend Famous Mike’s for breakfast. Some of the best biscuits we’ve ever had.”

“The property was clean, had supplies (towels, water bottles, shower accoutrements, welcome snacks, etc.), and the owners were very friendly. It was easy to check in & out. The WiFi was strong, and they have a Keurig.”
