Wonderful Vacation

We had an awesome week long vacation in Apartment number 1. The property is very comfortable and clean, and it is evident that the management team works hard to keep things in great shape! We used the pool and hot tub daily, and enjoyed just watching the boats go by. The location is great, and very walkable. We walked to the beach and several local cafes. We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Amazing location for a great visit to Pompano Beach

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the pool every day and really felt that we had a home away from home. We highly recommend!

this place is absolutely beautiful, you are right on the water watching boats go by a couple feet from the built-in pool. K the property manager always at your needs. Whatever you need well equipped with everything and one of the most cleanest places I’ve been to. Great beds, great walking distance to all your needs.⛱️🏝️👍😊

Wonderful, Peaceful Stay

I stayed here while working remotely and checking on my boat. The owner was always available should you need anything and very nice. The location is great. On the water and close to everything while still being peaceful, very clean, and had everything needed. Highly recommend and will visit again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Everything was very clean, we were allowed to check in a little early, which we greatly appreciated. There was a really nice basket of goodies for us to enjoy. The property was beautiful, right on the water, we had fun watching the boats. Very short walk to a fabulous beach and easy walking to many restaurant options. Great vacation!

Cute 1 bedroom apartment. Everything needed was available, laundry, hot tub/pool etc. Close proximity to beach and restaurants - you can walk. Management attentive to any issues that may occur. Will stay in 2 bedroom overlooking canal and pool next time.

Loved our time at Kanada Zen!

We really enjoyed the entire stay, long term renters here. The whole apartment was completely renovated and everything was practically new, the pool and hot tub with views of the Inter-coastal were my favorite.

Excellent small property

This place is spotless and updated. Good bed. Excellent TV's. The kitchen is very well equipped including very good appliances and pots, pans, the cooking equipment. Secure in a quite neighborhood close to anything you need. The pool and hot tub were great and being located on the intercoastal waterway was really nice. Lots of relaxing boat action to watch. We highly recommend this place.

Great location

The unit was very spacious and well stocked with nice kitchen cutlery and dishes. I am a VRBO owner also and know the difficulty in keeping and maintaining a property and can assure the traveler that you won’t be disappointed.

Exactly what we expected

Property was exactly what we expected. Very clean, modern, great location on the Intercoastal waterway. K couldn’t have been more helpful. Very nice person. Met us at checkin and checked with us during our stay. Location was very quiet and peaceful. Enjoyed the parade of boats that go up and down the waterway. Would highly recommend place.

Great stay at Kanda-Zen!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Upon arrival, K gave us a detailed tour of the apartment and grounds, and presented a very generous welcome basket. We really liked having our morning coffee on the pool deck, while watching the boats go by. We even had a visit from a couple of iguanas in the afternoon. The neighborhood is quiet, and we had no noise issues, despite being in the unit (#1) closest to the street. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds and towels comfortable. WiFi and TV worked great. The location was very convenient for our activities, and it is a quick walk to a wide, clean beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spring Break

My daughter and I just got home after spending a wonderful week at Kanda Zen, Pompano Beach. It was a perfect stay. The condo was just as described, very comfortable and very well equipped. The location is fantastic, you can swim in the pool or sit in the hot tub and watch the boats go by on the intercostal. It is a short walk to the beach, and the high quality beach chairs and umbrellas make time on the beach that much better. We also walked for ice cream and to go out to diner. The reservation, check in and check out process was simple with great communication. In short, it was a perfect stay and we will defiantly stay here again next time we are in the area. A wonderful find in Pompano Beach, Florida

This was a last minute booking and my husband and I were so fortunate to find this wonderful condo - Kanda Zen - on such short notice. The unit was very comfortable, clean, with a fully equipped kitchen, modern furniture throughout and a very comfortable king size bed. The unit has a safe - always welcome when travelling, onsite laundry at no charge, free WiFi, and beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels and coolers readily available for the beach. There is a swimming pool and hot tub, outdoor seating and several BBQ's for use. Parking was free. The location was perfect - the Intercostal Waterway in the back yard and a fairly short walk to the beach - so plenty of choice. There are lots of restaurants nearby and several grocery stores. The owner is readily available should you need to contact him with questions. We are planning to book the condo for next year as it was so perfect for us.

Outstanding Waterfront Apartment

This was our first experience at a Home Away property and our stay at Kanda Zen was exceptional! The unit was spotless and the entire property was meticulously maintained. The kitchen was well equipped with new appliances and essentials, tvs/wifi/air conditioning/pool/jacuzzi worked great and the bed was extremely comfortable! Just as described in the listing, perfect location, very short walk to beach, stores and restaurants. Kaukuta provided superior customer service from the initial booking contact to check out. His commitment to ensuring that all guests have a relaxing stay is evident in every detail of the property. Kaukuta is professional and Kanda Zen is a truly wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend it and look forward to our next visit!

A Relaxing, Stress Free Vacation...An Attentive Owner....Clean, Well Stocked, Property

We enjoyed our stay and found our condo very comfortable. The kitchen had all that we needed and the owner had even provided a welcome basket of treats and drinks. We appreciated all the little details such as the many hangers for our clothes and an umbrella in case of rain. Our rental was very clean with lots of storage in the bedroom closet, bathroom vanity and kitchen cabinets. The property was very secure with fencing and motion sensor lights. The laundry room was well-lit and air conditioned and well stocked with detergent. My husband enjoyed the spa/jacuzzi which we could heat up with a smart phone app so it was ready after a day of golf. The attached pool water was a bit chilly but I used it anyway...I would like that water to be a bit warmer since I do not use Jacuzzis. The Owner responded to any text messages very promptly and was very attentive to anything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year.
