The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and even better than the photos. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was effortless. My friends and I had an amazing time relaxing around the outdoor firepit, catching up late into the night. The décor had a fun Miami-meets-mid-century vibe — colorful, cohesive, and full of great energy. Every space felt thoughtful and inviting. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Cool property, close to the beach

Cool property. Had everything we needed. Great back yard with pool, and canal view. We close to shopping, restaurants, and most importantly, the beach.

Good house for 10 people

Very good house with a lot of room for everybody. Very clean inside the house. Not close to the beach but there is a pool. The only thing we could complain about is that the pool area was not so clean.

What a amazing property. Stocked with more than the essentials. The pictures dont do it justice. Very spacious, clean and equipped. Decorated in a sleek and beautiful Bohemian vibe. I'm ready to book again! Dont think twice. It's worth the visit and you will not regret it.

The pool was very low. It didn’t have enough water and the motor did not see it functioning called the office called everybody called and nobody got respond back to me. They said that they were gonna get back to me, but they didn’t not satisfied.

Listing shows an immaculate property. The actual property was poorly maintained. Pool water level to low to filter properly health risk, outside patio covered with fallen leaves, coconuts. Animal feces on the deck area. Jacuzzi tub non operational. Not enough remotes for each tv. Cracked bedroom wall. Front door handle not secure. Writing on the walls. Not what i expected. I shared my concerns to Grand welcome team, nothing was resolved during my stay. The home design is very appealing, it just needs to be properly prepared to receive guests and better resolution to reported issues. I am still waiting to here how this will be resolved as the quality of my stay was heavily impacted.

We asked for an early check in and they told us there was a 30/hr fee for anything more than 60 minutes early. After confirming a 3pm (early) check in, there was confusion and were never sent the access code to the house. I called in and the code they sent initially didnt work and had to call in again to get a second one programed and sent. All in all, once we finally got access to the house it was around 5pm! Once inside, the inside of the house it was clean and well prepared for our stay. Delivered on what was promised inside, outside was a mess. The pool water level was about 1-2 feet below where it should have been...below the skimmer and jet line. The yard was overgrown, tons of old leaves and fallen palm frawns littered the yard and patio area. The side yards had garbage and construction debris piled up. The lounge chair cushions had black mildew on them from sitting outside under the trees, in the rain, for a long time. The management company for the properry was pretty quick to respond and came out the next morning and spent 2 hours cleaning up the outside yard of the debris and filled the back of a pickup truck with garbage to be hauled away. We only had a partial day to use the outside pool/patio area. Definately not the outside oasis we were promised in the online listing.
