While in close proximity to the beach, this rental is quite honestly disgusting. There are bugs everywhere and I had to wear my shoes in the shower it was that disgusting. Visible signs of mold in the shower and all throughout the bathroom. The tiles are lifting in the bedroom. The property advertises free parking however there are only 7 spots for 10 vehicles. As there is no reception office - i had to text about it and did not receive a response as to where to park. I had to pay for street parking which was $85.50USD. When we arrived early I messaged about early check in and while the room wasn’t ready I was still given access to the room to put our luggage in which was nice and much appreciated but further texts about where to park went unanswered. The walls are paper thin and we could hear all conversation in the surrounding rooms, all noises (yes allllll), people showering and even hear everyone sitting in provided chairs outside.

Every thing i needed was there. Kitchen had everything i wanted and room was nice size. A tv in the bedroom and a tv in the main room was a big plus. Right by the beach so i just walked back to room for more drinks!!

Great location near the beach and boardwalk! Parking was simple that was a big plus for me. Nicolas and Eleyns are very good at conveying information in a professional way with emails and text messages to make sure i was situated and happy with my stay! The pros to this location are the location and the parking. The property managers are very communicative before and during your stay. However, I will probably not stay there again. I stay in Hollywood Beach often so I’m familiar with the area and the type of properties there. I was aware that I was staying in a dated building and it was likely to look a bit worn out in some spots but this goes a bit beyond that. The unit we stayed in needs a deep cleaning, some repairs, and at the very least a fresh coat of paint to freshen things up a bit. To be fair, I did not tell them this while I was there since it wasn’t an immediate concern.

Hidden Gem

We had to evacuate from Hurricane Milton and we were looking for a dog friendly hotel. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how close we were to the beach and boardwalk. The room was small but very comfortable. It was great to have a kitchen where we could eat some of our meals. Would definitely go back again

Comfy King size bed!

We needed a place to stay for 1 night. Free parking at the hotel, which was nice. Comfortable room, the ac worked great. The shower head was lovely. Our one complaint, the kitchen table looked as if ii was forgotten when the place was cleaned. Other than that, great location. We definitely would stay again!

First, the positives: The place is located near the southern end of the broadwalk, which is much quieter and more pleasant. You don’t have restaurants blasting their music till 1 AM! Also, while not beachfront, it is literally a few steps from the beach. Now, the negatives: the bathtub had stains and dirt rings, and we took showers wearing our beach slippers to avoid potential athlete’s foot. They have a plug-in scent diffuser spreading strong scent in the home. We unplugged it, and the place started to smell musty and moldy. The windows cannot be opened; in fact, the venetian blinds cannot be lifted (the mechanism is disabled); so there can be no fresh air entering the home (the exception is bathroom/toilet, where the little window is the only “vent”, there is no vent fan to remove foul air!!!!). The towels smelled musty, not fresh. We cooked our food and the kitchen was inadequately equipped (“two” teaspoons, really?). Overall, disappointed.

Location is great right next to the beach. Keyless entry. Laundry is available but the machines need updating since the washer doesn’t work properly. Our stove/oven did not work at all however we were given a hot plate to cook on upon request. Kitchen is equipped with basics including plates and cups. Cleaning is an ongoing maintenance but this place could use a deep cleaning. We were allowed to do an early luggage drop off that was very helpful.

It serves it's purpose.

The place is very close to the beach. Parking was not an issue. It's an older place but they keep it clean. Not a lot of frills and thrills but that's not the point of this place. The purpose is to be affordable and near the beach and it served those purposes. Very close to food. Not far from Hard Rock stadium.

The property was extremely clean at our entrance. We were there for 5 days. Day 3 I've noticed super tiny small bugs, I looked with google to see what there were and google said they were cockroaches (luckily we were almost out of there). The last day also the monoxide carbon alarm started to run out of batteries so we had to deal with the noise. The shower was clogged. The property needs to be updated. I will choose somewhere else to go next time.

I stay here often. This time I paid double the amount and was given unit 9. It says deluxe king with sofa bed. More like a crap king no deluxe and no sofa bed. The stove doesn’t work. Stains and just pure disgust through the entire unit. An awful smell. I’ve contacted host and they want to argue so I’m going to dispute this charge as I have requested compensation for terrible web description. We had to buy another hotel during our stay. I could not stay in that filthy unit!
