Townhome near the beach

Everybody has a gateway destination that brings them happiness and sunshine where for a few days, the time slows down and you live out every full moment for you it could be our townhome near the beach. This townhome has been newly renovated after the unfortunate event of hurricane Ian. The townhome is now equipped with new furniture, technology, and a brand-new kitchen. It also has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. It is located in a great location, just a few miles from the nearest beach, the outside shopping mall, and our beloved Sanibel Island. This townhome is perfect for a family vacation or just a weekend getaway. The townhome has a pool perfect for relaxation, a living room area made for a movie night, and a porch that will allow to recess after a long day.

Easy drive to beaches
Pro: loved the updated modern furniture, appliances, tile - beds were clean & comfortable - no visible mold or mildew - easy drive to the beach that was very pleasant despite the damage from hurricane Ian Cons: would have liked to had a heads up about the yet unrepaired damage from the hurricane, the destruction & debris would not have been a shock that made for a bad first impression - no sidewalk to door, had to drag luggage through sand and rocks - outside needs some TLC - there was a dust film on EVERTHING, not sure if thats part of the repairs going on or what - musty smell in front bedroom - shower head is way too high, had to hold the shower head in hand the whole time to get even tepid water

I recommended you contact host first because booking is never available and they charges you card and had to go through refund process...it happend 2 times with different properties..same managment

Not what I Expected
The photos on line give the impression that this is a nice place. We arrived and the A/C was not working. It was 78 degrees in the apartment. This was not a townhouse. It was an apartment complex. The area did not look safe and we didn't feel safe. We didn't stay here. I contacted the owner about this place and he started via text that it was a safe place because his girlfriend lived there and he spent the night with her. We didn't stay. I am trying to a refund.

Just okay
Great location and clean condo. Pool was nice, neighborhood is a little sketchy. No instructions on checkout. Kitchen not well equipped...had one sharp knife, no salt or sugar. Dryer did not work. Needs updating and decorating. Beds were comfortable and clean.

One night, girl's night
This property fit our needs. My 2 friends and I met for 1 night in our busy lives and had a great time. Everything was clean and neat and worked perfectly. The property manager was great about responding to some of our concerns.

Perfect location to spend the day in Sanibel and Captiva
Nice place, spacious, comfortable bed. We stayed only one night but it's perfect to stay longer. The screened in patio is nice for 2-4 to sit and relax. Will definitely stay again. Property manager was quick to respond to questions.
