Terrific vacation

This property is beautiful and the home is amazing . The beds are perfect the living room area is great , the entire house is surrounded by windows that let tons of light in . There is a publix right around the corner , trails for walking , and all of the best spots to visit all within 15 minutes away . This made us sad to go back home and I would say is better in person than the listing .

We could not have asked for a better vacation. The weather was perfect, and this house was perfection! It is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, and has everything you need. The porches are so peaceful to begin your day with a cup of coffee or to unwind on after a day at the beach! We will be back! Our new favorite beach house!

I highly recommend this rental. It is beautiful! Very spacious! Loved the porches! Kitchen was well stocked which is always a plus when cooking a big meal. Very comfortable mattresses. This home was spotless! Enjoyed the 4 bikes included with the rental. Will definitely stay here again 😁

STUNNING PROPERTY

This home is absolutely beautiful in every way. The photos are 100% accurate. It is gorgeously decorated and spotless clean. We were very comfortable throughout the week. Beach access was quick and everything we needed was close by and the home was well stocked. The ONLY complaint we possibly had was that you park in the back, can’t walk to the front door from the back driveway and the keypad to unlock the home is up front. You either have to get dropped off at the front door or walk around the block from where you park. My husband and I made it work but it was inconvenient. Just put the keypad out back where you park. Thank you for a great week and sharing your stunning home

This holiday home was immaculate from top to bottom. From the moment we walked in my children oohed and ahhed over the homes beauty. We had everything we could ever need from inside the home to the outdoor shower, bikes, pool toys and the utilization of the beach chairs, toys and umbrella. It was decorated like a 5 star beach home- decor was upper class and not overlooked, we enjoyed basking in its beauty. The porches… ooh the porches! Coming from New Mexico after not seeing the ocean in ten years, we spent every moment we had spare outside- in the screened in porches surrounded by pine scents and sea breezes- the upper deck master outdoor swinging bed was super cool! As was the front porch swing- The neighborhood is gorgeous! We rode our bikes from the home to the gathering place to swim every morning. Only a short 2 minute ride. Beaches are everywhere and spectacular. The market is only a few minutes away. We cannot recommend this home any more! Do it! You will not be disappointed. The only drawback was the keurig didn’t work and the toaster. But the backup coffee pot sufficed for the entirety of our stay as we went “old school” 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ no question.

I have nothing but good things to say about our stay at the beach house. Everything was as listed, and the pictures do not do justice to how nice this house actually is. This house is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a home away from home. Never had any issues from check-in to check-out. Definitely would stay here again!

This house is beautiful! It is very tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. There is lots of room for a family or several families to share.It also has 3 screened porches to enjoy the outdoors. It is close to the pool,beach and wonderful restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a beach house.

BEAUTIFUL IN EVERY WAY!

It's rare that we stay in a vacation home that is as nice as our own home, but this one was the exception! This home was so well appointed and so clean! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in the evenings. The beds were awesome as well as the linens. We thoroughly enjoyed all porches and the swinging beds were quite enjoyable! The neighborhood is quiet and the walking trails were delightful. We will be back! For renters just beware: this one will definitely spoil you!

House is amazing. PM almost ruined our experience

House - 5 stars.Wish I could leave a longer review to explain the situation. But basically, would never recommend this property simply because of the PM company. They offered us an extra night, arriving early. We accepted. CONFIRMED with them the night before. Drove 9 hours with 6 kids and after trying to get ahold of them all day, they finally let us know at 3 pm that they can't give us that night. So we had to scramble to find other arrangements at 5pm on a Saturday for EIGHT people for one night. Extremely challenging and stressful. They did not apologize or own it at all. I have all yhe messages and texts screen shotted if the owner would like to see them. Terrible start to our otherwise lovely vacation. Hope no on else has to deal with that and hopefully this reveiw helps others avoid that disaster.

Gorgeous Home in Perfect Location!

Do NOT hesitate to rent this home. It is SPOTLESS! Great floor plan. Decorated to Perfection. Comfortable Beds and Furniture. Awesome Kitchen with More than Everything. Bikes are Fun. Short Bike Ride to Beach, Seaside and Publix. Pool is Clean. Porches are Amazing. Highly Recommend Renting a Golf Cart. Property Manager can arrange (better price) and it will be there waiting for you when you arrive. Great Communication & Seamless Process. I just CANNOT say Enough!

The house was beautiful. Porches,were used often. Fully stocked bath towels. No trash liners or starter toilet paper in any of the 4 bathrooms when we arrived. We had to make trip to Publix, which is nearby. Usually rentals have at a start up of dishsoap, paper towels, toliet paper, trash liners.Very disappointed.Location to the pool was perfect. Quiet location. Code to enter house did not work and after several attempts, we finally reached someone on the phone.I was told that beach towels would be available, they were not. I asked several times what the "transportation fee" was on my bill. I culd never get an answer. Finally I was told it was for bike rentals. The listing clearly states that bikes are included, and it also says there are no hidden fees! We were told the transportation fee is a way to recoup to maintance fee for the bikes and it has to be added somewhere. And there is no way we can NOT declince use of the bikes..they are include. Makes no sense! Three of the four locks were broke, there was no propane tank for the grill and we made 4 phone calls and sent msgs with no respones about no internet and ants.We went to the Beachwalk office and spoke with Trent. He assured us that he would take care of everything. We left with propane tank and bike locks. Had no internet for 3 days (son was working remote for his job) and pest control came 5 days later. Needless to say, house and location perfect, mgt company not so much.

Perfect for a family vacation!

This home was the perfect setting for our family vacation. The home is spacious and every one felt they had their own space to relax. The floating bed on the second floor porch was very popular, as was the ground floor front porch. The kitchen allowed us to cook family meals without feeling like we were on top of each other. And, we had every pot, pan and utensil we felt we needed. The outdoor shower was helpful post beach. The house is also within quick walking distance of the pool. We loved have four bikes to use as well. In all, this was a five star experience for us and we look forward to renting it again.
