Welcome to Sea Oats 506! New year….New look! We have just completely remodeled this oceanfront unit from top to bottom and have it ready for rentals starting 2022! Check out this quiet, end unit with unbelievable views! Brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cabinets with all the essentials of home for families who enjoy dining in! We have added an additional beverage fridge/ bar area for those who like to keep extra drinks for beach cold and ready for the cooler! The dining table seats 6 comfortably and a full counter height bar that seats 4 more! Bathrooms are brand new with vanities, mirrors, lighting and tile. We have also added a walk-in shower in the master bath!

Bedrooms feature all new furniture and bedding. There is a king bed in the master, queen bed in 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a queen pullout couch with a memory foam topper for added comfort! Plenty of extra pillows and blankets to make you feel right at home!

This unit is equipped with Wifi, and a smart TV in the master and living room and Tv's in each of the other 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom also has a dresser and bench for luggage. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit! We provide free beach service and there are sand toys and pool rafts for adults and babies.

Sea Oats is a great destination for families! This smaller, quiet complex with only 80 units is located directly on the beach and just across the street from several restaurants, bars, liquor store, putt putt and ice cream shop! The complex includes a SPACIOUS gulf front pool area (no walls crowding the pool deck like some of the other complexes) with several lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas! There is an indoor hot tub, charcoal grilling area, small fitness center and a tennis/pickle ball court!


Take a short walk down the beautiful, white sandy beaches and emerald green waters to the fishing pier for more restaurants, shops, sand volleyball courts, and the Gulfarium! Just 1 mile across the Ft Walton bridge you can find publix grocery store and numerous other restaurants in the downtown Ft. Walton! The other way is just a short 6 mile drive and you are in the heart of Destin Harbor and all their attractions and nightlife!
