「The problem during our stay is the noise coming from the water tap of the shower, every time you turn on the water will have a very high pitch loud sound, not only from our bath room but also from the room next to you. The sound proof between rooms are also bad, you can easily hear people speaking in their room next to you.」

「Old hotel and not really clean. Hair on linen. The worst thing is no wifi connection at all because they are fixing it for days. The hotel should inform guests who want to book the hotel in advance rather than saying sorry after we arrived. Really bad experience as we are cheated.」

「We stayed one night for our anniversary in the tower and it was magical! Beautiful views, lovely room, friendly staff, and gorgeous grounds to take walks. Food was exceptional and service was top notch without being stuffy. You won’t regret it and nothing since has matched the standard of service and elegance. 」
