“The owners are friendly and welcoming.”

“房间小。没有电梯。适合不搬大行李。”

“It is neat and tidy. Excellent”

“The host is very friendly, his recommendation of restaurant is one of the best food we’ve had during our Scotland trip. Breakfast is also very good and nutritious, highly recommend to have breakfast here.”

“Good place to stay”

“The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. ”

“Very very bad experience with high room rate. First day check in the radiator was malfunction, then the manager offered a dusty and dirty portable heater. The hair dryer also occasionally out of order. The second day the room was cleaned with used towels left and room and floor was not cleaned. The third day no cleansing and also NO hot water supply. Though staff were tried to help and offered bottle of wine, but you can imagine how bad the experience during the stay. Will tell my friends not to……

“Bonne localisation. Chambre démesurément petite (à peine de la place pour les bagages). Salle de bain minuscule et besoin de rénovation). On avait l'impression de déranger la personne en arrivant à l’hotel, croissant sec dans la boîte à lunch du petit déjeuner. Je ne recommande pas.”

“在市中心、有自己的停車場，方便停車。”

We booked one night and after some deliberation we booked a second consecutive night separately believing it would be the same property. Upon arrival at the property we soon realized the house was divided into two separate residences, an east wing and a west wing. At no point did Black Sheep Hotels tell us that the property was made up of two residences and that we had in fact booked one night in each……

“Is overtime hotel, need maintenance and upgrade. The floor so many noise, hurt neighbors close the door, walking and talking. Toilet knock and shower stand was broken.... But, stuffs is friendly and breakfast is good...”

“We stayed here as we wanted to be close to Fort William! It was amazing to be the base of Ben Nevis, the room was basic but enough, we had dinner and breakfast at the little restaurant which was good. We got discounted tickets to go on the gondola by staying. Small thing was that there was no extra pillows in room. Otherwise no issues”

“Breakfast is excellent with various choices. Staff services are marvellous.”

“The room is clean. The staffs are friendly and very efficiency. The breakfast is great, authentic UK style breakfast. The view is super great! There is a very cute and very smart dog.”

“Everything was good and clean.. there is a beautiful view of the lake”
