“The Hotel is in a beautiful location, close to central Fort William. Twin room size was a bit small, but clean enough in room and ensuite. However, we also had another room for my elderly mum and we requested an access room of which was big. But, the bathroom was not clean. There was rust on the rails and mould on tile grouting. Also, there was no seat for the bath, having a seat over the tub is the most important equipment for access room. Without a seat over the bath you can't advertise as an……

“The problem during our stay is the noise coming from the water tap of the shower, every time you turn on the water will have a very high pitch loud sound, not only from our bath room but also from the room next to you. The sound proof between rooms are also bad, you can easily hear people speaking in their room next to you.”
