「I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings. 「From the moment we stepped foot in the NH Collection Taormina we were treated amazingly. We were given a briefing and showed a map (with lots of great recommendation's) from the concierge staff, which really helped us get a great grasp on what to see and do in the area; with only a few days there this was really helpful. The hotel itself is stunning & the room we stayed in was gorgeous with amazing views and all the luxury you could imagine. We will 100% be back and give rave reviews to anyone...
