“Todo excelente, estancia muy placentera, desde estacionamiento hasta habitación…. Cuenta con cafetera, TV bien, cama y almohadas cómodas, habitación impecable y con todo lo necesario…. Se Cumplió con Todo lo ofertado en página, sería un plus fueran PET friendly… Sin dudarlo regresaremos y más aún si aceptarán mascotas ”

“The hotel has friendly employees. We asked for ice and other and immediatelly was brought up to our room. Great location, next to a Galeria/shopping mall and plenty of food options within walking distance. We will stay here again without any hesitation. ”

“The hotel is modern and clean and located in a shopping complex with quick access to amenities. However, we did have to ask twice for the air-conditioning in our suite to be fixed as it was not working at all upon arrival. Also, the suite with separate bedroom was supposed to have a pull out sofa bed for our son, but it did not, so they had to provide us a rollaway bed instead, which took up space in the living room area. We also had to request coffee pods as there were none in the room upon……

“Great hotel in excellent location. My only complaint was i was a bit down a hall and my wifi signal did not work half of the time, so make sure you request a room with good signal.”
