「The room is Very Very well equipped. The free shuttle bus is very convenient, every 10 mins from 6am to midnight. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Very Very good value.」

「Great location, walkable distance from the village, all shopping areas and restaurants, having a hot tub on the patio was an absolute bonus as the communal pool and hot tub are just in fair condition but private hot tub seemed to be well maintained. 「Le Chamois was a rather nice place to stay at. We got upgraded to a better view, and it was incredibly convenient in terms of the area. It was close to the ski lifts and the village. The only unpleasant experience was that they made a mistake in booking the lift tickets and snowboarding courses for us and we’ve got triple-charged! We had to contract them for refund and it took more than a week to show the refund item in the credit card statement. And due to the different exchange rates in...

「The apartment was lovely. The pathway leading to the apartment is dangerous, there are missing paving stones, my sister who was visiting from England tripped on a missing paving stone and fell on her hip, she had to attend the medical center in Whistler, had an xray and was charged $2100. She had to rent a wheelchair for the 2 days we were at the property then had to buy a walking stick. She needed assistance while at the airport. This walkway needs to be fixed.」

「We loved the Creekside location and being a penthouse meant the views of the mountain were great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Having outside space to sit, done and soak in a hot tub was a huge bonus. Lots to do on the doorstep and Whistler village a short bus ride away. We loved mountain biking, the sky bridge, peak to peak as well as the zip line ride. Everywhere in the area is beautifully maintained. We loved our stay at Lake Placid lodge.」

「Check in and out was simple, location was perfect for us. WiFi worked without a hitch. Easy to get to the gondola, easy to connect to the trails around the valley lakes and easy to get to the village. For our first time in Whistler it was great. 」

「Coolest landlord EVER! We had a little problem and she came asap under an hour, fixed the problem and she even joined us for some guacamole and even danced with us. Truely a legend! We are already planning on coming back on winter. Such a cozy house, its just that walls are solid, noise gets through really easy. 5/5」

"We have prepaid. The reception staff Mike turned us away telling us the master card without chip can not be acceptable. Even we are willing to pay cash, he still refused us checking in. When we asked for official document, he said unavailable. It made us paying double price to find another hotel at 0200 after 12 hours flying. We were very tired, disaappointed, frustrated. Very bad experience when traveling in Vancouver. Very bad!"

"Overall everything is ok, expect one front desk staff have very poor customer service. My partner left his backpack at the lobby couch after we checked out. It was around an hour when we found out the backpack was left there. So we call the hotel and ask if they can check the couch for us, staff who picked up the call didn’t even checked and strongly confirmed that she did not receive anything at the front desk. As soon as we were back to the hotel we ask the front desk who worked on 1/4/2025 in the afternoon, who I assume it’s the same person who picked up my call. We asked her again if they have found the backpack, she said “we haven't found anything yet”, while I was trying to play a sound on my IPad which is in the bag, and immediately I heard the ringing sound was coming from her office. So then why she keep saying ‘No’. We were pretty disappointed to this specific staff’s poor customer services. "
