“We really enjoyed this somewhat quirky unit. It's on the ground floor adjacent to a bike rental and faces a parking lot shared with a restaurant on the main strip. Initially I thought it was strange, but I liked being on the main strip and walkable to groceries, restaurants and ice cream. Inside the unit is cheery and modern. The layout worked well for our group of 5. Access was easy and the AC and wi-fi worked well.”

“We loved this spot. As close to Zion as you can be. This is a small space but beautifully done. The bed was comfortable and so was the pull out couch. Shower was amazing! Highly recommend this spot. ”

“Check in was very easy. The host sent me a message 1-2 days before our arrival on the check-in process which was very easy to follow. The home is very beautiful, clean and well equipped for our stay. Towels were clean. Kitchen was very clean and well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Beds were very comfortable. Location was excellent, right in there center of town. Recommend this place highly.”

“Outstanding place to stay. It's relatively new and they are still working out some kinks.... e.g. the letter which informed us of the entry code was not clear on the sequence of steps needed to enter the residence. So we were locked out. Fortunately help was nearby and came quickly. But if we would have arrived in the late night it might have been bad. I think they are correcting their communications.”

“Honestly with the location being right in the middle of downtown you’d expect loud noises and chaos. But Kanab is a little different. The location allowed me to have easy access to local stores and restaurants all within walking distance and not to mention being the ideal spot for the 4th of July Parade! Absolutely loved this place!”

“This property is a gem. Great location and a stunning view. We watched the sunrise on a beautiful patio with the beautiful flowers all around. Would highly recommend a stay at Kiki’s Kottage. This is a very nice property.”
