Vacation rental is located in one portion of the first floor of a renovated historic grain storage building (part of the historic EACO mill site), so the outer walls are very thick. This means it is a quiet indoor space when windows are closed. “Charming property with plenty of room/seating for a large family. WiFi and A/C work well. Easy check-in and check-out process. Owner was extremely helpful and quickly responded to questions. Well equipped kitchen and full laundry facilities. One item of note: the stairs to second level are quite narrow/steep, just something to keep in mind for guests with mobility issues. Overall, great experience and would recommend to others. ”

It was so nice to be able to sit down to breakfast with our children and 2 grandchildren instead of being at a crowded "hotel" breakfast. I highly recommend this property!!”
