Seahaven: Luxury Beach House with Ocean Views & Jetty Access

The Space:

This beautiful home located within steps to Surfside's Pedestrian Beach, perfect for a solo get away, romantic retreat or for you and your small family! Seahaven boasts a modern open floor plan, large decks, and great views. All furniture is new and was perfectly curated to provide upscale coastal vibes. The property comfortably provides privacy having two master suites with King Beds in each along with private bathrooms. After you are done enjoying the beautifully furnished home, escaped to the oversized deck to watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand or coffee during the sunrise.



BEACH: Seahaven is located in front of the pedestrian beach in surfside. Making this a perfect house for those with young families that do not want to worry about any vehicles (including golf carts) on the beach. It is also a great surf spot and has a jetty view. We recommend accessing the beach there. About a minute walk or if you have a golf cart you will cruise there in no time. Ask us about golf cart rental recommendations!



FISHING: The jetty's are a 5 minute walk from the property. Check out the locals fishing, take a walk down the jetty's through the ocean, or take the kid's to enjoy the brand new Jetty Park. PRO TIP - grab a burger at the Jetty Shack and have a picnic in the park.



Guest Access:

Guests will have the whole house to themselves.



Other Things to Note:

- We highly advise guests purchase travel insurance during Hurricane Season. Hurricane season is June 1 - November 31st. If your reservation is affected due to a natural disaster you will be able to reschedule your dates penalty free but we will not issue full refunds.



- Please bring mosquito spray while vacationing to the gulf coast. Mosquitoes are part of the gulf coast climate and while we do our best to maintain the yard to help mitigate mosquitos, we cannot control them.



- Outside Shower/Water Hose - There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose.



- There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils.

-There is a pack n play and highchair available for use during your stay



-Early Check In/Late Check out is available in the offseason (anytime outside of Memorial day to Labor Day) for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over.

Please do not ask about Early check in/late check out between Memorial Day and Labor Day.



Please note -

Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee.



We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. There is a whole house water filtration system AND a water softener/treatment system on this property, we have never had issues with our water quality. There is also an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking, however we still recommend bringing drinking water and ice.



Interaction with Guests:

This property is self check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you!
