“We rented this cabin several months ago in anticipation of the 2024 eclipse viewing which we were able to view perfectly from the cabin site. Both of us work full time and welcomed a retreat to unplug and reconnect with eachother and our two furbabies. This cabin was the perfect spot! The responsive owners thought of all the details from extra blankets to flashlights and card games. There are hooks placed where they need to be, battery operated candles and so many other goodies you will……

“This is such a great getaway location. Its quiet, cozy, and beautiful. The owners are very nice and helpful and brought us extra wood for the firepit. The pond still has fish in it, we caught a few bass and didnt even spend much time fishing. Can't wait to come back.”

“GREAT SETTING”

“We had a wonderful time celebrating my son’s 10th birthday on a long holiday weekend. House was beautiful and host gave us a list of many recommendations in the area. The only problem we had was that there were only 2 bedrooms. It was listed as 3 bedrooms. The third bedroom is locked and inaccessible by guests. There is a den with a futon on the second floor which worked, but was looking forward to 2 separate bedrooms for my 4 children. Otherwise, wonderful property !”

“The house was great. Although the steps to the upstairs bedroom were a bit steep (I need to lose some weight and get a new knee! LOL). We had plenty of room and the dogs loved their sniffy walks in the woods. Tons of parking! Sad that this was a working trip and we didn’t have much time to spend relaxing at the cabin. Close to grocery and restaurants. Great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs comfortable space!”

The living, dining, and kitchen area was especially so. The extra sitting area on the second floor was a bonus! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone.”
