“Could have used more than 1 kitchen towel. Otherwise we had what we needed.”

“Cute little studio. Great hosts. AC nice. Bed super cozy. We came to town for a music festival. Only hard part for me, no bathroom vanity. Had to use kitchen sink for everything. Including brushing teeth. Harder for females to get ready. Other than that, everything was great. ”

“Yurt was as expected and pictured on listing. The bathroom was a little further than expected (and slightly uphill) which could make it difficult for someone who needs to go in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this unique experience. I wish I would've know there was a mini-fridge, a microwave and some other kitchen items in the unit - we would've planned a dinner around that. A great location for visiting Sequoia. ”

Was evident that Mike and Di had invested time and energy into paying attention to detail to make this work for us non campers. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a slightly different experience near Kings Canyon National Park.”

“This was a great location for us to access Kings Canyon. There are other rental spaces (yurts) on the property but they are not close by and nothing is shared with them. We didn’t cook while there, but noticed decent cookware and spices and oil. Shower was tricky to figure out but was a nice hot shower. (Not for tall people though!). Bed was comfy. Excellent darkening shade in windows. ”

“The floors are slanted and dirty, the cooking surface doesn't work, and the shower backed up with raw sewage. ”
