“We loved the property but it was a little dirty floors lots of hair on the ground. ”

“This was a great location for us to access Kings Canyon. There are other rental spaces (yurts) on the property but they are not close by and nothing is shared with them. We didn’t cook while there, but noticed decent cookware and spices and oil. Shower was tricky to figure out but was a nice hot shower. (Not for tall people though!). Bed was comfy. Excellent darkening shade in windows. ”

Was evident that Mike and Di had invested time and energy into paying attention to detail to make this work for us non campers. “Minimalist: no freezer ability to make ice, room on a slope, broken drawer, bathroom towel rack separated from wall, toilet tissue holder broken from wall. Metal bed frame with thin mattress, half eaten bag of chips left in the coffee table enclosure! People sifting through the trash cans next to room outside at all hours! Garden area outside could be very inviting but no attempt at all to keep it inviting! Air conditioner worked well . Appliances good. Clean towels and linens Location good……

“My husband and I had a wonderful time. For anyone else interested in booking, just be aware, the tree tents are on a bit of a steep hill. There are stairs that make the walk up to each tent easier, however, you may need to pace yourself. I would absolutely recommend staying here, the views are beautiful and everything is clean. ”

“We rented the property for work. The neighborhood is really quiet and safe. The house is comfortable and spacious. The manager is super responsive and will be in touch with you in a matter of minutes. Highly recommended. We will be back”

“Yurt was as expected and pictured on listing. The bathroom was a little further than expected (and slightly uphill) which could make it difficult for someone who needs to go in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this unique experience. I wish I would've know there was a mini-fridge, a microwave and some other kitchen items in the unit - we would've planned a dinner around that. A great location for visiting Sequoia. ”

“Me and my partner had a lot of fun looking at the stars and watching the moon rise, and the sun set on the valley. It was an amazing experience on the property with the bathrooms in fantastic shape. Cooking appliances all in great working order in the dome. It was a great time thank you to Mike & Di for everything ”
