"Overall, we had a great stay. The room had everything we needed and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We did have issues with parking when we first arrived and the room was quite a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be (per the pics). I would have preferred more privacy outside and a little more space inside especially for storage for items when staying 7 days.The host was easy to reach and very helpful."

"The golf cart was nice to have as well as the bikes, a big plus. The beds were very comfortable. Though the kitchen was small, we had minimal trouble with this, it was generally well-stocked and plenty of room for 1 person at a time cooking. Having beach towels available was a big perk as well. We loved the fire pit and the wood provided. We had a great stay!"

"The property is in an excellent location. It was clean. The kitchen was nice but had mismatched glasses and dishes, and towels and sheets could have been nicer for the price In my opinion. The furniture in living room needed to be cleaned."

"The space in this house was perfect for our large family. Each family group had their own little area with plenty of gathering spaces in between. The view was incredible. Great place to watch the sun rise over the ocean. The host super attentive, helpful and friendly.She went out of her way to make sure our stay was wonderful."

"Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully appointed condo with proximity to the water that can’t be beat! We especially appreciated all the little extras the host included that made the space feel so much more welcoming and not like a bare bones rental. The new renovations didn’t sterilize the character but added modern touches where it counts and we felt right at home! We’ve rented many homes and condos on Fripp but our first experience staying at Newhaven was delightful and has us thinking about purchasing a unit of our own! Thank you Kathy for a wonderful stay!!"
