Spectacular Ocean Views: Unwind in Paradise at our Beach House!

Welcome to our exquisite beachfront villa, where you'll experience the rustic laid-back essence of true Island living with opulent touches of luxury. . Immerse yourself in breathtaking panoramic views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, vibrant tropical gardens and breathtaking sunsets. Unwind on our large patio or expansive outdoor spaces equipped with comfortable lounge chairs, hammocks and swings. Exclusive use of kayaks and outdoor grill. Located between Negril and the south coast. This property sits on 2 acres with over 300 feet of private panoramic beachfront along Jamaica’s pristine southwestern shores . It also has a refreshing and serene stream which runs to the sea. The property is very private with an expansive outdoor area for lounging, dining, relaxing and soaking up the sun. It is comprised of two villas, a one bedroom and a two bedroom. Combined the villas can accommodate up to 10 persons.

The property is strategically located between Negril and the famous attractions of the South Coast such as YS Falls, Appleton Estate, Pelican Bar, Black River Safari, Peter Tosh Monument, Jam West Park, and Mayfield Falls .

It is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and Hospital. There is a caretaker and the services of a chef, masseuse, housekeeper and beautician are offered at an additional cost.

It's the perfect setting for either a serene retreat to relax, recharge, and unwind, from the hustle and bustle. or for a fun filled getaway with family and friends and lots of adventure.

Wonderful Property

Needed a place for my family and mother in law and cousin. Was perfect for that size group. Loved the outdoor kitchen and being able to be on the water every morning.
