Need New Cleaner

The location was convenient and the condition of the building was new, but the overall cleanliness of the room was a disappointment. If you need a 4 bed room (4+ people), yes, it's a good option, but if not, I'd recommend booking a hotel nearby as the amenities and cleanliness lacking.

Worse property i have ever stayed at. Room smelt bad, dishes were dirty, there was a used towel under the sink, and hair in the shower.

The mattress was terrible. And the staff doesnt speak English at all. I wanted to request to change the room because the middle of mattress was curved.

立地はどこに行くにも近く最高でした。 ただ口コミ通り少し排水溝の匂いが少し気になりましたがそれ以外は全く問題ないです。 機会があればまた利用したいです。

위치는 최고임.. 공원인근에 근처 맛집도 제법되요. 패밀리룸 숙박했는데. 방자체는 좋은데 그가격이면 다시.. 글쎄요. 직원소통이 힘듭니다. 얼리체크인 하려했다 실패해서 공원서 시간 보냈구요. 화장실과 욕실은 훌륭하나. 욕조와 샤워기가 너무 붙어잇어요. 청소상태는 조금 미흡하네요. 체크인하고 들어가자마자 바닥에 도토리하나가 발에 치이더군요. 수건이나 이런건 넉넉하고 간단한 조리는 가능해요. 커피포트는 바꾸시길. 물한번 끓이는데 코드부분 뜨거워져서 식겁했습니다.

Fantastisch!

Geweldig. Prijs - Kwaliteit super goed. Er was een handleiding in verschillende talen voor niet enkel WiFi maar ook voor gebruik wasmachine, warm douche water, kookplaten. Laminaat vloer veel beter en properder dan tapijt.

간단한 조리(간편식)정도 하고싶었는데 조리도구, 수세미나 주방세제가 없어서 포기 (작은 냄비하나, 물컵4개, 인덕션, 커피포트가 전부) 컵라면 물 끓이는 정도는 가능하겠으나 남은 음식물 처리가 어려울 듯 하여 아무것도 조리 하지 않음 전체적으로 룸 컨디션 정말 좋았으나 샤워룸에서 하수구냄새 올라와서 냄새에 예민한 나는 건조 포기하고 문 꼭꼭 닫고 생활했음 세탁기있어서 캡슐세제 가져갔으나 세탁기 먼지제거(청소)가 안되어있어서 검은 빨래에 붙어나옴 건조기능이 있지만 우리나라 건조기와 다르니 널어서 말리는 것을 추천하지만 빨래줄이나 옷걸이 넉넉히 챙겨가시길. (기본 옷걸이 4개 있음) 그러나 이 모든걸 따져봐도 위치도 탁월하고 가격까지 좋아서 다음 후쿠오카 방문에도 MK호텔 이용할것임!

위치상 좋습니다.

무인텔이다보니 소통할수가없어요..3박인데 수건을 추가로받을수있을곳이없고 세탁세제 있어서 세탁기에 수건빨아썼어요.ㅎ 이메일 오는거 잘확인하시고 꼼꼼히 기재하시고 핀번호 받는거 잊지마시구요..^^한국분들도 많고 위치상은 참 좋아요..

立地がとても良く、中洲の屋台、キャナルシティ、天神辺りまでは徒歩15分程で行けます。中洲川端の駅も徒歩5分ほどだと思います。ベッドの敷布団が薄く、バネが背中に当たる感じと真ん中が凹んでいるのが不満でした。部屋は普通に清潔です。

部屋の掃除が雑！ シャワールームには髪の毛が落ちてるし、 部屋のスリッパがない！ (一緒に行ったグループの部屋にはちゃんとセットされていた！) 空気清浄機らしきものがあったけど、 洗面台の下に収納されていて埃だらけ… 部屋に入ったらトイレ臭い… ソファーはシミだらけで汚い… 最悪でした… 次はないですね。

チェックインのタブレットが説明不足で分かりにくかったのと、タブレットが小さい上に低い位置にあり入力し難かった。後から来た外国の方はそもそもどうしたら良いのかも分からないようで右往左往してました。 室内はまあまあ綺麗ですが、部屋の吸気口、浴室と洗面所の換気扇のフィルターはホコリがかなり溜まっていました。エアコンの吹き出し口にもホコリ？カビ？のようなものがありました。浴室も一見綺麗ですが、赤カビがあり隅々まで掃除されていないのがわかります。 私はズボラな方なので妥協できる範囲内でしたが、家内はブーブー言ってました。
