「King Oceanfront Room was spacious, clean, and updated with wooden floors. We requested the safe in the room to be fixed twice, but still did not work. The entrance door panel was broken and hanging the whole time we stayed. The bathroom was spacious, and the towels were thick and soft. The shower pressure was excellent. 「Paid extra for a sea view, it seemed that the better rooms with a proper sea view and higher floors required an upgrade when you check in, which they kept pushing. Most of the pools were closed or dirty. The hotel is on the flight path. We had a junior suite and this has a window to a corridor, so anyone walking past looks in at the bed. Then you also have to pay extra for parking, resort fees and tax, so will have to add $60 per night to the hotel cost. 」

「I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there.
