The AP is located on the 4th floor, served by two elevators and parking on the 3rd floor, included in the stay. Completely furnished and equipped, the apartment is served by a kitchen and its laundry, a complete sanitary installation, a modern and comfortable room that pleasantly combines two spaces, the living and the dining room, and a cozy bedroom.
No need for a car to get to know the fascinating city of Funchal and with the possibility of public transport to any point on the island, the apartment has a balcony, where you can relax and have your meals, ideally arranged over the heart of the old city and with a view to the Mercado dos Lavradores ...

Superbe séjour de trois semaines dans un appartement très propre, bien équipé et idéalement situé sauf si vous avez besoin de calme (rue très fréquentée et marché juste en face). Dispose d'une place de parking couvert. Très bien accueillis par Marco.

Recomendable
El apartamento está genial, tiene de todo, muy limpio y confortable. Marco es muy buen anfitrión, te recomienda y asesora. Si tengo que poner un pero es el ruido de la calle, los coches y autobuses frenan con el freno motor, al estar en cuesta se revolucionan y hacen mucho ruido, debería estar mejor insonorizado. Por lo demás todo genial

Apartment is spacious, clean, tidy, well equipped. It was better than described.
It is perfectly sized for 2 people, comfortable beds, balcony where you can see the cruise ships going and coming. Big deal is a private underground parking and shopping centre. The place is a bit noisy, we didn´t mind. Marco is the perfect host. We had a lovely time there and we will come back.

Super Lage mit kleinem Nachteil
Sie Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und wir wurden super nett von Marco empfangen und unterstützt. Die Wohnung liegt über einem Supermarkt und es gibt einen eigenen Stellplatz fürs Auto, das ist top. Leider liegen aber Balkon und Schlafzimmer direkt an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung und oberhalb einer Bushaltestelle, was morgens ab 7:00 Uhr sehr laut ist.

Séjour à Madère
Appartement confortable, bien décoré et très bien équipé.
Bien situé au centre de Funchal, proche de la vieille ville du bord de mer et de la cathédrale. Un supermarché dans l'immeuble permet de faire les courses. Son défaut est d'être situé sur une avenue très bruyante.

Great apartment. Great landlord.
Madeira is a beautiful island. We loved our three week stay in this apartment. This is a lovely apartment. Very clean. Well supplied. Good location. Safe. The grocery store in the basement is also a plus. Marco, the owner of the apartment was very kind to us and always easy to get hold of if we needed help, or advice on what to see and do.
Marco. Gerald’s broken collar bone above his only working arm meant we had a different kind of vacation. And, I had to manage all the luggage. When you arrived the morning we were leaving to help move our luggage from the apartment to the taxi ... such help is beyond what most people would expect from a landlord. A very sincere thank you for being so thoughtful and kind to us. Y and G

Beautiful apartment,has everything you would need.Close to everything, ie Shops and Sea.
What a lovely place to stay,Marco who owns apartment was very helpful,nothing was to much trouble for him.the apartment has every thing you would need to make your stay as comfortable as could be.
If you are not driving, but want to see the whole island in comfort, Marco can put you in touch with his friend (a Taxi driver) Luis,who will show you some of the best sights imaginable, at a reasonable price,All in all we had a wonderful holiday in a great apartment.would definitely recommend,the only small problem was that it’s a bit noisy,but that’s city living for you.

Bel appartement, très bien placé en centre ville, proche des commerces et restaurant.Très bon accueil. Correspond bien à la description. Juste un peu bruyant tôt le matin de part sa localisation mais nous y avons passé une très agréable semaine.

Cet appartement est bien situé pour un séjour à Funchal sans avoir besoin d’une voiture. Il est pourvu de tout le confort possible, bien meublé et très propre. Le propriétaire fait tout pour que ne manquions de rien et est très aimable.

Une semaine formidable
Accueil très sympathique et agréable.Superbe appartement bien équipé et aménagé. Idéalement situé en plein coeur de Funchal, près de toutes les commodités (transports, pour faire courses). Le seul bémol est le bruit de la circulation quand on profite du balcon (à l'intérieur pas de soucis très bien isolé) mais c'est un détail car c'est un très bon appartement et cela ne nous a pas empêché de profiter du beau temps sur le balcon

Very central, very comfortable
This apartment was perfect for us. Very central and Old Town and shopping district within walking distance. Garage space included and easy to access after touring Madeira. The apartment was really nice and felt very personal - felt like staying in someone´s home. Well equipped and very convenient having a huge supermarket within elevator reach. Marco was helpful and gave us good information. I have nothing to complain about.

Superbe appartement très bien situé
L'appartement correspond exactement au descriptif et aux photos. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et parle le Français. L'appartement est situé dans une superbe résidence sécurisé et bénéficie d'une place de parking numérotée. De plus, on a un accès direct au supermarché ce qui est très pratique pour les courses puisqu'il ferme à 23h. Il est situé en face du marché local et à deux pas du centre ville et centre historique. Le mobilier est parfait pour un séjour et la literie très bonne. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et remercions vivement le propriétaire pour son accueil.
