Levada dos Piornais is an apartment for two close to the Lido area, with a balcony and sea views. It has free private parking and, right on the doorstep, the famous Levada dos Piornais, ideal for those who enjoy walking.

The apartment is 69 m² and comprises a bedroom with a queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm), a living room with a dining table, a kitchen and a bathroom.

It also includes a refrigerator, a washing machine, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, fans, Wi-Fi, a TV with international and children's channels and other amenities for a pleasant and relaxing stay.



📍 NEIGHBOURHOOD

The apartment is in a residential area near Funchal's main tourist district.

The Levada dos Piornais, Funchal's best-known walking route, starts next to the building entrance.

Within walking distance there are several restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and places of interest. It is 1.2 km from the Forum Madeira and Centromar shopping centres, 1.2 km from the Doca do Cavacas natural pools and Praia Formosa, and 2 km from the Lido bathing complex.

The Lido area and Praia Formosa are within walking distance, there are bus stops next to the building and easy access by car to the main roads.



⚠️ PLEASE NOTE

The parking space is suitable for smaller cars. Larger vehicles have access constraints.

There is a street running near the building where there may be traffic noise, mainly during the day and if the windows are open.

Weekly maintenance cleaning, including a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation does not have air conditioning.

We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance covering cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances that may prevent their stay.

Due to the island's location and climate, the presence of insects is natural, and they may be attracted by food scraps. We kindly ask that you keep surfaces clean and food properly stored.

For those sensitive to mosquito bites, we recommend using repellent when getting around the island.

An online pre-check-in form will be sent to collect the identification details required by law.

In-person check-in is by prior appointment. We will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled time; beyond that, it may be necessary to arrange a new time.

So that we can resolve any issue promptly, we ask that you report any faults or cleaning shortcomings immediately. Reports made after check-out may no longer be verified or resolved.
