Nice apartment

Very well equipped and located, we enjoyed our stay there. The apartment can have noise sometimes coming from the neighbours but overall is a lovely apartment to stay in Funchal.

The apartment was really close to restaurants and supermarkets and had sea view from the terrace. The photos are accurate to reality. The apartment was clean and modern and was well equipped. The staff answered to all our queries nicely and quickly.

Nice but noisy

We have lived in this building four times in different apartments - and this apartment is also nice. It’s light and have all the accessories you need. However the bathroom needs a makeover and the shower needs to be replaced. The noise outside in the night is very loud - but the most disturbing noise is the loud 24 hours every day from the apartment above.

Do not recommend

The shower is uncomfortable, too small and there is little water pressure. If you have long hair it will take forever to wash your hair. We were in appartement 203 and the neighbors in the appartement above are extremely loud till middle of the night. It is very annoying. We were there one week, but after 3 days we had to ask for clean towels. I believe the owner expect us to wash our towels or use them for a whole week. Then we got 2 clean ones for 4 people. There was not enough toilet paper so we bought our own. However it is a small thing, it is not what we expected. Overall I would not recommend this appartement.

Lovely apartment, comfortable, clean, in a great area and close to everything. Big problem are the neighbours upstairs, they are extremely noisy, some days way past 10pm which makes it very unpleasant!

Great holiday.

Apartment was very nice, clean on arrival, had everything needed. Plenty of crockery if you are with family and wish to eat in. One thing I would say is shower cubical could be little bigger as hubby hit his head few times on small shelf inside. Great location for getting around Funchal, plenty of restaurants and bars around. But overall had a very good experience would recommend to others and will stay again hopefully.

Spent 2 weeks in Lido ll had a very enjoyable time there. This was or 9th time visiting Funchal & decided to try an apartment this time. The apartment had everything we needed as we went out to restaurants to eat. Balcony was great for sitting & relaxing in the sun with a glass of wine. We found the apartment to be clean & looked after. Some super restaurants nearby: Dona Nina, llhakaffa (stones throw away) & O Dragoeiro. All in all a relaxing holiday & at weather.
