Located in the center of Funchal, you’ll be within walking distance of the Mercado dos Lavradores, restaurants, bars, stores, supermarkets, the beach, and promenade. Major attractions such as the cathedral, marina, CR7 Museum, Santa Catarina Park, Funchal Municipal Garden, Baltazar Dias Theatre, and Electricity Museum are all within a 5-15 minute walk. There is a Pingo Doce supermarket in the Anadia Shopping center. The cable car to Monte or the Botanical Garden is a 5-7 minute walk away.

The best option to reach the property is by transfer (ask us to book with our local partners for a better rate than airport taxis). If you rent a car, navigation apps will easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes from the apartment.

- All guests must present a valid ID (passport or identity card) as required by Portuguese law.
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance (at least 48 hours before arrival).
- Bed linen and towels are provided. Baby cot, high chair, and baby bath available on request.
- First aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket are on the property.
ATTENTION
A Tourist Fee of €2.00 per person/night (aged 13 or over), up to 7 nights (€14 max per person/stay), will be charged. You will receive a link to pay this municipal tax upon arrival.
HOUSE RULES

• Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.
The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke, and temperature levels for safety reasons only. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. If abnormal levels are detected, you may receive a message from our team.
In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration.
A municipal tourist tax may be charged (€2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights).

Check-out: by 12:00. Late check-out is subject to availability and a fee.
