Property and management review

the property was very good The information within the property regarding the appliances was negligible and as a result we were not able to use any of the appliances or the tv while there. no map or info about Funchal or the island of Madeira was there. The heat fire warning detector on the ceiling was dismantled.We ordered a taxi to take us to the airport with a firm recomended to us by the manager. they didn't turn up and we had to contact them again. They eventually came 30min later. The owners organistion badly requires looking at.
