Very nice apartment!

Very nice and spotless clean apartment! Only a short car/bus ride from Funchal center and walking distant to the beach). Kitchen has everything you need and then some, AC/Internet/TVs all in perfect condition, excellent parking facility, pool also fine. Very nice balcony with great ocean-view. Only minor drawback would be that the apartment is in an area with some traffic which makes the balcony a bit noisy in the day time and early evening (important - there is no problem with any noise inside the apartment though!). All in all agreat stay for us!

The apartment is spacious and was very clean. Beautiful view from the balcony, but a bit loud from the street. Good access t the building and the garage. Well equipped kitchen (unfortunately the dishwasher did not work all the period despite it being reported). All in all, really nice apartment.

First thing that you notice is great views from the living room and balcony to the sea. Then neutrally decorated apartment with lots of space gives you further confirmation that you have made a great decision about where to stay. This area could be described as residential and as such there's less restaurants and bars compared to few miles towards the center. That said there's still plenty of good places to eat out within 10 minute walk. Everywhere in Madeira hills are steep and this place is no exception. Walking less than 200 meters from the main road can be a surprise if you aren't fit at all.

Great place from where to explore Madeira

The apartment is new and beautifully decorated. It has gorgeous views of the sea and is walking distance to a hospital, pharmacies, shops and restaurants. It’s the perfect place from where to explore the island as very close to the VR (the local highway that circles the island). The host was also very responsive and the locals are the most welcoming people ever!
