“Centrally located in town. Tons of restaurants and bars to pick from. Great hotel overall. Only disadvantage is parking is either on street or in a parking garage requiring you to bring your luggage too and from where you park.”

“Was a bit hard to communicate to the front desk when informing them about my late arrival. They were very helpful on arrival but getting around the property was a bit difficult and the lack of instruction about appropriate entrances at certain times throughout the day made things a bit hard. Breakfast at the cafe on site was lovely. Make sure you inform the hotel prior to arrival if you have a car you need to park. You need a set of keys to get through all the doors and they only give you one……

“Very good location, very spacious rooms and cleaned, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast food was too repetitive and not a lot of fresh fruits.”

“The hotel is in great location, convenient parking near the property (2 one open and one covered). The hotel seemed family friendly, we were a couple, but weren't bothered by any kids noises even though our balcony overlooked the pool. The pool itself was closed some of the times but there's direct access to the ocean, which we enjoyed very much”

“Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage (ca. 20 Min ins Zentrum zu Fuß) - viele Restaurants in der Umgebung vorhanden. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber. Jedoch würde ich nächstes Mal kein Zimmer mit Meerblick nehmen, da dort eine große Straße ist, dadurch ist es sehr laut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine große Auswahl - es findet somit für jeden etwas (auch Laktosefrei und Glutenfrei).”

“No geral, bom. No particular, aqui e ali, detalhes que podiam ser melhores e/ou melhorados. 1. O buffet, não sendo mau, antes pelo contrário, houve momentos que podia ter sido melhor; 2. A falta de ar condicionado nos quartos, tendo noção do custo que isso acarretará, era uma vantagem; 3. Um mini-frigorifico no quarto era muito positivo, ter água fresca em diferentes momentos quando se está de férias num sítio quente seria muito bom; 4. Aquela rampa da estrada até à receção é muito íngreme,……

“Stayed for 8 days Unfortunately when I got my confirmation we were on the third floor pretty high 6 flights of stairs no lifts which we were unaware of so something to consider when booking Bed was comfortable room cleaned every third day also towels were replaced Kitchen was small but ok except the small microwave was on a shelf about 5 and half feet high so you would need to step stool to safely use it but no step stool provided It was convenient close to Madeira mall and super market……
