“The entire staff at Hotel Michael was wonderful — always kind, welcoming, and smiling. We requested a late checkout at 2:00 pm instead of 11:00 am, and they graciously accommodated us, which we truly appreciated. Our room was clean, comfortable, and warm, and the breakfast buffet was excellent with a great variety of options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and is 100% recommended. We would gladly stay here again!”

“Could not recommend Hotel Residenz Schrannenhof enough! From literally the moment we walked in, we were treated like family and felt fully and wonderfully taken care of. They allowed us to check in early so we could nap after our long trip from the US, given recommendations on restaurants/bars and info on train tickets, and the breakfast was amazing every morning! The staff are incredible and our room was big and perfect. Plus, the hotel is literally right across the street from the train……

“12/22~2/25, 12/29~1/9 と、長期滞在して、年末年始のウィーンを楽しみました。ホテルの前が、トラムの駅で、すごく便利で、地下鉄、S-Bahn を乗りこなし、観光スポット、グルメスポットを満喫。毎日寝に帰るキッチン付きの部屋も清潔で収納もたくさんあって、自宅にいるような気の休まる素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフの皆さん、ありがとう。”

“Great experience! Hotel clerks were all passionate and kind. The room was comfortable and there’s a good stereo you could connect with your device through the Bluetooth! They even provide a free sauna room! Also you could take the tram2 just in front of the hotel to enter the city in a fast way;) ”

“這次4天的住宿體驗十分差，一入房間發現多隻烏蠅及蚊子，而且房間空調長期處於27度，電視不能開，燈也是壞的。多次到前台給服務人員查詢，他們不是說沒有人可以處理，就是說天氣太熱房間太大沒冷氣是正常的（但同行團隊都是涼快的），我們熱得每晚也是開自己的小風扇才能勉強入睡。由於房間燈是壞的，入黑後房間都十分陰暗，整個人都不太舒服。我們嘗試提出換房間的要求，但經理David 總是說full house不能換，但到第二天早上八點另一員工爽快地給我們換了一間同層，但可惜房內情況是一樣的！”

“Zola is perfectly situated, merely minutes walk from the U-Bahn. Upon arrival the staff were friendly and professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel and functions of the room. Overall a beautiful hotel, all the amenities a guest could want and situated as a perfect base to explore Wien”

“My room is spacious and very clean, with a large wardrobe for storage. The building also offers a well‑equipped gym. Breakfast is simple yet delicious, which I enjoy a lot. The metro stations are within walking distance, making travel convenient. From time to time, you can take a pleasant walk along and across the Danube. The rooftop is open to residents, providing a beautiful view of the city.”
