"The staff was courteous very helpful easy to talk to very helpful it was my very first time booking a hotel and the experience was nice the staff explained why the holding fee was high because I booked through third party they said please don't smoke in the room I don't smoke so that wasn't a issue but when I got to the room it smelled like who ever had the room before me was smoking it smelled like cigarettes other then that really quit place and convenient location "
