Amazing home

10/10 we’re coming back next month if available. I thought check out was 11 and it was actually at 10. I offered to pay for the hour and they said don’t worry about it. Kind people and good energy!

Great Place

Loved it we were able to spend Thanksgiving weekend. Close to beach, the house big enough for the whole family. Loved it will go back again.

Nice Place

The house is steps to the beach. The week we were there it rained every day. It was nice to have the patio under the house so we could still be outside. We had an issue with the door locking the first day and the management company came out and fixed it within a couple of hours. We all enjoyed the fire pit, made smores every night. If not for the rain, the backyard would have been perfect for our dog. The house is smaller than most we have stayed in, but the additional downstairs unit made it very comfortable. Would highly recommend this rental.

Needs a little maintenance

I really don’t like to leave a negative review, but this might help someone else who is looking to stay here. I have a major issue with smells. It was very musty. We bought a dehumidifier for the upstairs and it helped some. The bottom unit was the worst. I have a picture of the ceiling. I don’t think it had been used in awhile, I get that. I will have to wash all of our clothes when I get home. Bring your own frying pans because these need to be replaced. There was a dirty dish with the clean ones, so be sure to look them over before using. The main door handle needs a little attention. It kept coming off. The little screw needs to be tightened. The dryer downstairs kept turning off and saying check lint filter. It was clean, so I think it may need a dryer vent cleaning? I don’t mind a doorbell camera, but it is loud every time you walk by it. I personally would not stay at this house again. It has a great location and nice views, but needs some attention.

Needs improvement

Long story short, this home needs some work. No coffee for guests. House did not smell fresh. Cheese condiment left on counter was moldy. Had to wash our sheets because they were NOT fresh. Lower unit had rat droppings on the floor. Internet password was not left for guests. Cluttered home with personal items displayed. Everytime someone walked under the house the camera let us know it was recording.
