Short trip to make memories for husband on hospice

Everything was great. We didn’t get to stay our whole trip but would come back again. Some areas were not as clean as I would have liked to see but overall was a great stay.

Amazing stay!

Great place to relax after our busy city visits, was located in a quiet neighbourhood just a short drive to the beach. The layout suited our family and the outside areas were lovely to relax in and enjoy the lake and sunshine. Would definitely use again if we visit Galveston in the future.

The best spot in Galveston

This place is quite literally the best spot in Galveston. It's not far from the strand or from the beach and the neighborhood is very inviting and relaxing. The deck is wonder full and the house is great for bigger groups. I would 100% recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Galveston.

Very comfortable felt like home

When we got there it was beautiful from the front door to the back porch and then to the back deck sitting above on the boat ramp was amazing would like to stay forever but realiaity check we had to leave . It felt like we were at home when we stayed there wonderful place and close to the stores and beaches.

Great Location and House was Perfect!

Came into town for my daughter's cheer competition. Location couldn't be more perfect.... right around the corner from Moody Garden. Neighborhood is very quiet, and house was warm and welcoming!! we will be staying here again if we have events in Galveston to attend!

This home is everything the pictures show plus more. The master bedroom was huge, with a big bathroom with nice jacuzzi style tub with jets and a separate shower. The outside area is even better with 2 decks.

Perfect house on the canal to enjoy the water and relax

We stayed during the week, the house is gorgeous, clean & perfect for a relaxing vacation right on the canal with easy access to the bay. This house has a lovely large master bedroom, with two rooms upstairs with two full beds in each room. We caught a redfish & a few speckled trout right off the dock where we kept our boat during our time there. The location is very quiet & we will definitely come back in the future.

Spacious, great location

The house has ample room to accommodate a larger party. We stayed with only 2 adults and 2 kids + our dog. The kids loved having room options! We loved the decks and water location. It’s close to Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and the beach. Parking is easy. The neighborhood is safe. Recommend for a relaxing getaway.

This place rocked.

We decided last minute to spend time in Galveston to celebrate a family birthday and we’re lucky enough to Hager this place. It was warm, inviting, clean, well landscaped, fantastic back patio area. We were all relaxed when we left. Thank you Gareth for helping us make it a fabulous weekend. Only downside is Chiefs lost … but can’t hold that against them ; ).

Great house close to all the great Galveston attractions. The only issue we had was the lack of hot water but everything else was fantastic.

Great location

The stay was great. The house was just as described. Everyone enjoyed sitting out on the porch. This house is a perfect location if you plan to visit Moody Gardens while in Galveston.

Beautiful home on the water

The name of this property is 100% correct. It is an oasis. Check-in was easy, the home is beautiful, and everything we needed was available, from comfortable beds to plenty of towels and coffee. The views from the deck are beautiful - I loved having coffee every morning and watching the fish jump. Would definitely book again!
