“Very spacious room which was even better than the photos. Lovely to be so close to the Raptor Park and the free entrance that came with the room. Kitchen areas was great. “The whole checkin experience was excellent from the owners of this great pub/restaurant/guesthouse despite them not having a clue that i was staying due to Expedia not informing them of my arrival. However they worked around this, and made me feel welcome and even upgraded me to a suite, I did have to pay direct, but assured a refund if the Expedia payment is also taken ”

“I really enjoyed my stay here, the hotel was clean and tidy. It took a few minutes to be served at the bar at times but eventually I got served. My only problem was I booked a double room for myself, but the ed was 2 singles joined together. “We have stayed here a few times now as it is convenient for family visits. The breakfast is really good. The rooms are comfortable and warm (last days of December!). "I cannot expect more given the hotel is a four-star hotel. I would recommend the hotel to my friends as it stands out among its peers in Cambridge! The only area of improvement is the shower head which was difficult to manage. One of the concierge staff has gone a step ahead in serving guests. I forgot to ask his name. He is from Australia and used to be working for airlines. "
