“Unter Bäumen, direkt am Taff Trail liegt das "The Old Art & Coffee House". Eine liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, die auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Nur wenige Kilometer entfernt können Castles besucht werden. Cardiff kann bequem mit dem Zug erreicht werden. Im Theater sahen wir die "The Chicago Blues Brothers" und "Thank you for the music". Da wir es geschafft haben, aus dem Escap e Room herauszufinden, konnten wir am Strand von Barry Island die Sonne genießen.……

“This was only intended for an overnight stay on a business trip - somewhere to sleep. However, this is a really lovely pub! We stayed for dinner and a few beers, which was both really tasty and excellent value, and breakfast was also first-class. The staff couldn't have been more helpful - just a really enjoyable stay. The room was absolutely fine, bed was comfy and the shower was good. I'd definitely stay here again. ”

“The Cardiff Arms Bistro was fantastic. Darren booked me in and showed me to my room. It was clean spacious and very modern. Went downstairs for something to eat, had the steak which was very reasonably priced, paid compliments to the chef. Slept like a baby on a very comfortable bed. The only thing i could moan about was that didn't get my greggs voucher, but saying that if my stay is as good as that every time, I will let them off. Well done Darren and staff, keep up the good work.”

“Great location in a nice little town. I stayed here on a business trip and managed to do a bit of local sightseeing at the same time. Breakfast at The Penny Farthing across the road was well worth it - set me up for the day!”

“We had a lovely stay at Gails. I received a phonecall earlier in the day from Lucy to say that the boiler was not working and they were unable to get anyone to fix it so they would be refunding us half of the cost back which was very nice of them as this was not their fault and these things happen. Checking in was easy, parking was fine, the room was lovely, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was included and was very nice. If i'm ever in Barry again I would definitely……

“I booked as a twin room but staff changed to large double bed on my request. Very helpful. Staff on check in were very friendly and helpful. Room (243) was perfect. Food was great. Very pleased with it and would be happy to stay again. ”

“Blanco' exceeded expectations. Large comfortable room, immaculate with helpful, cheerful, polite staff. Hot chocolate and biscuits in room a nice touch and excellent variety at breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, toast, cereals and hot buffet. Good position for walking into town.”

“Staff were amazing, using a real human approach to their job. Youve got a a great team that work together and understand that their customers are people too. We had some awesome chats with lewis in particular during our short stay and can see hes destined for big things in his life! Truly cant wait to see and hear what he gets up to because no matter what he does hes going to absolutely smash it just like he did with serving us during our stay. Keep up the good work guys, it can be hard……
