「Love the 24hrs snacks all day and the cocktail bar from 5-6pm. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Especially MK, who made us feel very welcome. Bed and pillows were great. Toiletries are from byredo. Wifi connectivity is strong and fast. Location of the hotel is good. Link to the mrt and one bangkok mall. It's a pity we did not stay long enough to use the gym and pool facilities.」

「I had a very disappointing and distressing experience during my stay at Rosewood Bangkok. First, we found a red blood stain on the bedsheet in our room. This was extremely disturbing and raised serious concerns about hygiene, health, and safety. 「Very nice hotel, big room, clean and the staff are really nice and helpful. Location wise is good for shopping and dining but quite far from the nearest BTS (15 to 20 minute walk) and since the road in front is under construction the traffic is so bad and its so hard to get Grab as no drive wants to take us back. But besides that we had a good stay and will definitely be back, thanks!」

「My first stay at the hotel was in 1993 and it still looks as majestic and beautiful as it did then Great and caring arrive from the Receptionist who arranged a room for me despite arriving at 9am, way before check-in time. The pool area is still amazingly tranquil and calm. Highly recommend the hotel for luxury, value, service and most important is the super convenient location.」
