“We stayed at another hotel the past two years, as we have visited the Black Hills. This year we decided to change it up and stay at the Comfort Inn in Custer. This was the absolute best decision we made. The hotel was so very nice! Also very clean and very comfortable ! The free breakfast was great, with lots of choices. The hotel seemed quiet, as the other hotel we stayed at was not so quiet. We will definitely return and stay here again, in the future ! Highly recommended !”

“Our double room was so small we could barely get around. Ac was extremely loud, so much humidity in the room there was mold on the ceiling, bathroom floors were filthy. Will never stay at this property again.”

“It was a great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Room was fine, just old. Only complaint was the couch was like really old and super uncomfortable to sit on, should be replaced. Breakfast every morning was great as it was a different menu each day. Coffee was hot! Room service upon request which was also nice.”
