“The house is perfect for a family of 4. We went with our grand children. The ocean was right there and the pool just around the corner. The place was big enough that when it rained we could stay inside and not feel crowded. Great place.”

The unit is in a type of village that is quiet and calm. Each unit appears to have very private outdoor spaces. We were quite content and relaxed for our vacation. ”

“The house exterior is in dire need of upkeep. Mold, and paint chipping and dry rotting is really everywhere. The outside of the house really needs a good power wash and the stairs leading up to the house needs sanding/painting.For the safety of upcoming guests, the steps off the sunroom onto the back deck should be marked. They are hard to see as the decking blends into the steps. We had a guest actually fall. Only one side of the garage can be used and only one car will fit on that side……

“The property was very dated. It could use updating and new carpets. For the price we paid, I was very disappointed. When I am on vacation and I really want new or updated and lovely surroundings. Found it difficult to enjoy relaxing here.”
