“My wife and I stayed at Bridgewater. Ocean front condo. Nice view. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Elevators were always available. Beach access by two walkways, one being with ramps , no steps, good for us with our pull along beach wagon loaded with chairs, cooler, beach bag etc.. Disappointed about the Tiki bar (The Deck) was closed. The Coastal Dish was only serving breakfast not lunch nor dinner. Breakfast was a buffet that was affordable and good. Check in was a long wait with somewhat of a……

“This hotel is not a fancy hi rise type of hotel but it’s quite nice! All rooms face the ocean, and the rooms are very nice, clean, comfortable beds. The staff was also very nice. We loved staying there and would go back again, but would ask for a room on the second floor instead of the top floor because we didn’t know there isn’t an elevator until we got there!”

“Room was clean and big - plenty of space and beds were very comfortable. There was no hair dryer and none available at the front desk. One ice maker was down and the other was extremely slow and almost always out of ice. I requested fresh towels and trash to be taken out and had to ask repeatedly then go to the desk and get them myself. Not a dealbreaker and I’d stay again likely due to close proximity to everything and overall a decent experience.”

“We had a late check in around 10pm, the staff is so friendly once we walked in the hotel. This Hampton has rated the best Hampton in the nation for the past 5 years and I totally agree with the rating. The room is clean and big, the morning breakfast area is very comfortable (the food are ok). Basically it's a great hotel. The only 2 downsides are: (1) sound proof not too good (2) the pool is really tiny But it is a great stay, except for the price is a little high (we paide US$220 per night)”

“Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17……
