“The view from the terrace (in our room) was absolutely amazing! Location is perfect, parking was right there and very convenient. The staff was so helpful, when we had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast, they packed it so that we could take it with us! And the breakfast was excellent too! “El alojamiento era bonito, moderno, completamente equipado, muy amplio y muy limpio. Como no llegábamos a la hora de atención en recepción para realizar el check in (pues se van a las 18:00h)nos dieron todas las indicaciones para recoger la llave en una caja fuerte que tienen en la entrada. Resultó un check in muy cómodo, rápido y bien explicado. La ubicación es muy buena justo enfrente de la playa. Tiene parking propio de pago aunque no lo utilizamos pues tuvimos la suerte de aparcar en la……

“Good location in the centre of Guernica near bars and tourist office. Room was pretty basic but adequate. Good, hot shower. The bottle of water and tea making facility was a nice touch. Biggest issue was the check-in hassle. There is a note on the door to check-in at the bar next door....but the bar was shut. There were several numbers stuck on the bar windows but it wasn't clear which to use and there was no answer initially. Given my phone was nearly flat, it was a big stress I really didn't……

“Arrivée compliquée pour avoir les clés, malgré l'envoi d'un mail la veille, malentendu sur le garage que nous pensions compris dans la location et qu'il a fallu payer en plus, et qui était situé à un kilomètre de l'appartement et non sous le logement. Appartement sous équipé en vaisselle pour 4 personnes, et propreté douteuse; les propriétaires étaient trés sympathique malgré la barrière de la langue”

“Apartment is well-situated within town and sits on the building's top floor, which allows for good sunset views of the surrounding hills. The apartment is clean, neat, and has a good-sized balcony with a table for eating. Gernika is equipped with a train station, many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, a couple museums, and is even a short drive to beaches and the seaside town of Lekeitio, making it the perfect alternative to staying in Bilbao.
