"The hotel was the greatest my family and I have ever stayed at. Restaurant was right on point with great customer service and food. Room was clean and squared away. Only issue was one of the bell boys. He had an extremely bad attitude and rude, but me and the family were not going to talk down about the hotel just because of that one person. Everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our three day stay. "

"A very unique stay. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Location was phenomenal as it is right next to the red 1 (my first time in nyc and first time on the subway) and it got is to many locations or near by. We did have issues with the shower as there were times the water was very hot and others it was a struggle trying to figure out how to get out to warm up. But that may have just been user error. Also be aware that the doors are not sound proof going out into the hallway so loud conversations or orher sounds can be heard but i never heard any noises from the walls so you are good there. See no evil pizza was a great spot for pizza going down towards the subway. Just make a reservation if going in the evening."
