“Staff was very polite and helpful. Clean and well kept. Location is awesome with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and attractions in walking distance. Only criticisms are that the queen size bed seemed closer to full size in a somewhat cramped room, Wi-Fi was very spotty and slow.”

“I have stayed at the Colton Motel on several occasions. It is an older Motel, but they do keep it very clean, and everything works as it should. I feel safe there and you are able to walk to many attractions in Gettysburg along Steinwehr Ave. There are several dining options nearby, which make it an ideal place to stay. ”

“This hotel is in a good location for getting around and is walkable for a lot of venues. I used the gym and it is small but had a nice treadmill for me. The coffee/tea 24/7 is great. The pool was also a nice plus. The downsides are of course no one makes beds or takes out trash and we were there for 3 nights. Also the shampoo and conditioner and soaps supplied are tiny and hard to use. The wall dispensers in other hotels is so much nicer. No bar at night or fire pits going outside so it is a NO……

“After a long day of touring the battlefield, this place was perfect to return to. Great location, modern amenities with an authentic, historical feel. The house was nice and cozy, the shower had great water pressure and the beds were comfy. We will stay here again!”

“Ran out of toilet paper, no one gave us clean towels during our visit. Pool had no towels I had to ask front desk.”

Nice amenities - definitely wish we were there longer to take advantage of all the Creekside Cabin had to offer. Hosts are exemplary in taking care of their guests.”
