「My stay was like a visit with old friends. The hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating, and the historic house was intriguing. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was sumptuous. I wish I could have stayed longer!」

The pool water was freezing cold, the hallway smelled of smoke (there were people smoking in their rooms and the smell came into the hallway) and the stairs to the room were steep and hard to carry luggage down. 「Loved the old character of the inn. Breakfast included was a bonus. Just off the main street activities and restaurants. Will definitely stay again!」

「We’ve been here a couple of times over the past decade. While it is always clean, we’re not seeing a lot of changes or upgrades along the way. The room (35) was dark due to the heavy, dark, old fashioned bedspreads, and matching drapes. The older style lamp next to the bed has a three- way but has just a single level LED bulb, just barely adequate for reading. The bathroom has multiple defects in the paint. The toilet is VERY low and difficult to access. The dated TV worked in the evening...
