This is an older hotel, but it has been nicely renovated. The rooms are a good size and have ocean views from the balconies. Breakfast was a little limited but 24 hour coffee is a nice touch. We had a wonderful week at the Boathouse Cottage. The location could not have been better. You are a 2 minute walk away from a secluded cove on the Bay of Funny (Kelly's Cove) with so much to explore at low tide.
