「My daughter's family lives in Grand Junction and my son and I visit often from the Front Range. I am delighted I found this wonderful property close to where my daughter lives. It is also close to CMU (where both my kids went to school) and close to grocery stores and restaraunts. The owner was very responsive and helpful and genuinely kind. 「Very comfortable little condo. Quiet...perfect for an older single tenant staying for an extended period of time. Wifi works great! Very close to where I was working. Several grocery stores nearby. Could use a computer desk (I had to use the small dining table to use my laptop computer). Washers & dryers a short walk, just up the stairs in the building...make sure you have lots of quarters!」
