Hotel team were very nice and welcoming. Room was clean and had all the items required for a comfortable stay. I booked for 2 nights and traded a room clean for a drink at the bar, worth the trade!
Only had 2 issues… my room had a street lamp right outside the window and a blackout option would help with sleeping. Small issue but did make sleeping a challenge! Secondly, shower couldn’t decide what temperature it wanted to settle on and during use fluctuated between warm and scorching! Easily fixed by the in-house plumber!

All the staff we encountered from check in to check out were marvellous. So helpful and friendly. Stayed in a twin room and beds very comfy and room and bathroom very clean. Bar service in evening fabulous and breakfasts in morning had so much choice and quality ingredients. Lovely restaurant area. It was amazing!

We received an upgrade to a suite, on arrival. The suite was spacious and well equipped and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had booked with breakfast included, and much was delicious. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Felt like an oasis int the heart of the city, I upgraded to a suite and was very happy.
Great cooked to order breakfast, such a rarity.
I will definitely return.

Staff were good.The breakfast offer was confusing as the bar menu offered muffins but the restaurant area were not aware of this as a single purchase.No TNT in the bar.
