「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」

「It really feels like a home away from home, especially with the in-room kitchen features that add so much comfort, convenience, and peace of mind.」

「Good!」

「two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,」

「The room is very clean and tidy. It is a two double bed room and spacious compared the ones in New York. Just less than 5 minutes from the closest subway but the nearby environment noisy.」

「在時代廣場，非常方便，步行可以去到很多景點，房內設施齊備，更有小廚房，非常好用！只是燈光太暗。早餐不錯。」

「The food is very delicious」

However, the bathroom was so small it was difficult to turn around in, and the water pressure was poor. It was also hard to adjust the water temperature. For a hotel describing itself as “luxury,” we were also surprised there was no minibar, coffee machine, or refrigerator. At around $700 per night, we expected these basic amenities to be included. We’ll look for other options next time for...

「Staff and shops nearby」

「Location is prefect, highly recommend. Staff service is good. The temperature of water is not hot enough. So far, I still recommend this hotel.」

「The location is great with nearby theatres, restaurants and walkable distance to Times Square. Clean room. The staff also initiated airport private transfers to JFK so we didn’t have to call for a taxi nor uber. Reasonably priced of US 95 per ride. The only thing is the corners of the beds, where the corners of the bed frame stick out and me and my boys been hitting ourselves and ended up with bruises.」
