“The garden themed accommodations were clean and cheerful. There were common areas in the kitchen, living room and sunroom. The sunroom had plenty of space with seating for my family of six whilst overlooking the Hudson and New York skyline. This is where we spent most of our time together in the space. There were 4 bedrooms but the one on the main floor was absent a door. Overall, the rooms and beds were fresh and comfy. The bathroom had the usual and expected toiletries. The kitchen has a lot……

“If this option is available in the city you are traveling to, take it! You get a home-y, modern APARTMENT with space, rather than a tiny, old hotel room. I always search Global Luxury Suites before searching anything else.”

“It was good except for the roaches honestly. The highlights were the quiet street, easy parking, security camera, spacious place, but there's roaches.”

“Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.”

“We had a wedding in town and had a great stay in this lovely apartment. The beds are very comfortable, great couches and dining area to gather in. We appreciated having a parking spot, and not having to search for street parking. Communication with owner was prompt.”

Très pratique pendant le semaine, le PATH est beaucoup moins fréquent le week-end. Le quartier est un peu moyen mais ça va quand même. Très contents du rapport qualité-prix étant donné les prix du logement aux Etats-Unis.”

“We enjoyed our stay in this property while making a short visit to NYC. It is a short walk to the Broad St. Station for the train to Penn Station that gets you into the city. We have 4 kids, ages 4-15, and appreciated the additional space and kitchen that we would not have had in a hotel room. Laundry was also very helpful to have. The apartment is modern and very clean. The parking is in a gated lot and seemed to be very secure. Hans, the owner, was great with communication and generously……

“Did not feel safe outside/parking. Drug induced people all around/ ladies of the night. I was scared my car would be stolen or broken into each night. The property had all these keys for you to use but they didn’t keep the doors locked. Anyone on the street could have entered the house at any given time. There were people hanging around on the street next to the cars doing drugs 24/7. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again. The water in the sink gets really hot but the shower water was cold.”

“This was a good spot - easy to walk places or take the subway. The two level condo was good for our family with teens. I forgot how noisy NYC is at all times of day, but it is the city that never sleeps.”
