“We had an excellent time at Michael’s and Karen’s lovely condo. Booking, check-in, communication all worked flawlessly. The place itself was very well maintained, clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. A big plus are the included garage parking space, ski locker, hot tub, and - of course - walking distance to ski lifts. We truly hope to come back, either in summer or for another winter vacation. One can’t ask for a better location for a wonderful stay at Palisades. ”

“This home was absolutely wonderful. Our host, Elaine, was beyond helpful and responsive. The house was super comfortable and the perfect size for our group of two moms and their sons.The kitchen was well stocked with cooking implements, the beds were comfy and we were very centrally located. “Absolutely LOVED the unit! This was our first time visiting Lake Tahoe, and with this property being right on the water, it did NOT disappoint! Views were spectacular! Plenty of room for our group of 7. The only issue that we found is when we first arrived, we couldn’t find the building very easily. I don’t think that I ever saw numbers on the building. If they are there, they were not very visible when one is arriving at dusk. That was a minor bump, but definitely not a deal breaker for……

The drive to South Lake Tahoe where all the stores and restaurants are is short and pretty. Last second there was an issue with some amenities that was out of the owner's control but they handled it promptly and professionally. “酒店是我见过最差的，我入住第二天出门买点东西，可是上午11点通往酒店门口的路设了路障不让前来滑雪的车辆进入了，我说我是住店客人也出示了房卡也不给进入，我跟酒店联系他们说没办法谁让开车出去了，你自己想办法外边过一夜明天再进来，酒店也不会退房费给你，我们只好在没有任何行李的情况下在外边酒店住了一夜，第二天早上10点才回到酒店。我希望酒店给我延迟退房一天或者延时退房时间到当天下午3点，但遭到酒店拒绝，要求我必须10点退房。这么无耻的酒店没有见过。”
